As CEO of Alpnach Schränke AG, I like things to move quickly. My position requires quick decisions, very good networking and communication with a wide variety of people. It's often a balancing act.

My main task is to drive the alpnach norm Group forward. Our corporate strategy sets the direction in which we are moving together. Every single employee is important to me, because we can only achieve and accomplish great things together. It takes every single one of us to be successful in the market. I am proud that we have many people in our team who have been with us for decades. My aim is to drive the company forward with motivated, forward-looking employees. My work is based on trust, respect, honesty and openness.
