Pilatus Tower with Pilatus Arena

After three years of construction, the new Pilatus Arena was officially opened at the end of October 2025 - a modern sports and event hall with space for over 4,000 people and its own restaurant.
The project also includes the 113-metre-high Pilatus Tower with condominiums and the PilatHuus with rental apartments.

The apartments were all fitted with our checkrooms and wall cupboards.

It comprises 167 owner-occupied apartments and 139 rental apartments.
